This Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions, outlines the privacy practices of CINCY BRANDS LLC (“CINCY BRANDS,” “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) in connection with your (“you” or “your”) access to or use of Company’s website and related services (the “Service”).

Company controls the information and data it collects and uses through the Service. This Privacy Policy only applies to the Service and explains how Company collects, uses, and discloses information.

We process and transfer data to the United States. Company will never knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about children under the age of 13, we will delete that information.

By using the Service, including providing contact information or signing up for marketing emails, you expressly consent to receive electronic and other communications from Company, over the short term and periodically, regarding the Service, your activity, offers, and other information that may be of interest to you. Please note that Company does not currently respond to DNT requests (DNT is a feature offered by some browsers which, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked).
