During and after the acquisition process, our team will identify key operational improvements including warehousing inefficiencies, supply chain and inventory optimization, marketing initiatives, branding & packaging initiatives, digital acquisition strategies, brick and mortar & marketplace distribution opportunities, and customer service opportunities to create brand value and drive customer satisfaction.

We have a focus on acquiring founder-owned brands. If you have a brand that you’ve built and you are interested in selling, please get in touch. We understand founder-led brands and have the expertise to drive growth and keep your vision alive. Our ideal target is $1-10MM revenue brands with positive net margins that have demonstrated consumer demand across at least two channels: direct-to-consumer, ecommerce marketplaces, or traditional retail. We are generally not a fit in high growth situations (like venture capital), or for businesses seeking minority growth capital.
